8 Waves, 7:00 am-11:00 am 10 minute swim • 30 minute bike • 20 minute run

Participants ages 7-9 with parental supervision
10+ without

Cost: (Includes T shirt if registered online)
Regular registration fee:$35.00 per race day

Events:

SWIM 10 Minutes in 3.5 ft deep Lap Pool (Lengths Counted)
T1-10 Minute Transition
BIKE 30 Minutes on Lemond Stationary Bike (Distance Counted)
T2-10 Minute Transition
RUN - 20 Minute Treadmill Run (Distance Counted)

Scoring: Performance in each event will be scored and tabulated for the final results
