ERC trip to Las Vegas for the Rock n Roll half marathon
Date: November 15 - 18, 2019
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
The Enid Running Club has reserved a 3 bedroom villa at the
Marriott Grand Chateau (75 East Harmon Avenue)
from Friday, November 15th - Monday, November 18th.
This villa will accommodate 10 people - so space is LIMITED!
Requirements for going on this year's Group Trip:
(1) You MUST BE an ERC ELITE member - if you aren't,
you can still attain ELITE membership status by November.

(2) You must register and pay a NON-REFUNDABLE
$75 per person deposit
(3) You must book your own flight/transportation to Las Vegas/Marriott
Roundtrip airfare on Southwest direct from OKC to LAS is about $355 per person
(4) You must register for whichever race you wish at the Rock n Roll
(5) You will be responsible for your own food/entertainment expenses
while in Las Vegas - we will probably be making some group dining
reservations that weekend
