Bares Bones 5k/10k starting at Lake Olmstead Trailhead

Registration and bib pick-up 6:00 - 6:45 a.m.
7 a.m. - 10k start
7:15 a.m. - 5k start
Only $10 for the 5k and $15 for the 10k
All proceeds benefit Project Lifting Spirits Inc. which provides gifts and items of support to our local veterans, active duty service members, and their families. This includes items like ice cream socials, pizza parties, meals, holiday gifts, and cards.
This run will be a bare bones run/walk is stroller, dog, and kid friendly. We are working on the exact run routes but we will be starting at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead on the Augusta Canal.
We will use all the funds raised for events with DDEAMC, Fisher Houses, and VA hospitals in the CSRA. This event will help provide 2 meals at the Fisher House (Uptown Division) and various hygeine and clothing items that are needed at the Uptown VA Hospital.
